A) Penny Wars- started in certain dorms and is set up and ran by the hall directors. VIII) Old Business A) Interclubs 1) Bettendorf – Tuesdays at 12 at the Lodge (week notice) 2) Davenport – Thursdays at 12 at the Outing Club (across the street from campus) 3) Davenport Northside – Thursdays at 7AM at the Clarion Hotel 4) Rock Island – Mondays at 12 at the Botanical Center in Rock Island A) Rent-a-Student- Jackie Harrington and Laura Siddall did yard work for Diane Reed. B) Truman Elementary Family Fun Night- went very well for everyone, Truman may be donating to Circle K C) NAMI Walk 1) Saturday, May 2, 10AM 2) Sign up online: www.nami.org under Team Kiwanis D) North High School Dance-A-Thon-no longer happening
E) ICON 1) Let a board member know if interested in going-Currently no one is interested IX) New Business A) Rent-a-Student- Diane Reed needs some more yard work and Breanna Neubauer and Ashley McSorley are planning on helping her. Kelsey Bittner, Hannah Whitcomb, Stacey Schivley, and Katie Schedecker were going to help out Heather at house cleaning. A possibly job during day-care at St. Mary’s Church was also discussed. B) Website – http://saucirclek.wordpress.com/- may be altered. It may be a user base instead for current users or possible added contact information on those listed at the site. C) 10KQC- free tickets are being given away to those who have performed 10 hours of service on Saturday, April 18, 7PM
D) Safer Sacks 1) Thursday, April 16, 8AM-Noon-make and deliver lunches for companies. The donations will benefit the Safer Foundation and it is at the Safer Foundation. E) Hoops and Heroes 1) Saturday, May 16, Shifts from 8AM-8PM- shifts available to referee the games or to work the concession stand X) Adjourned
