The rent-a-student checks will be in campus mail to anyone who recently completed his or her dues. Emily needs the t-shirt money in her campus mail in order to get the shirt. The shirts will be put in campus mail upon payment. The Happy Can money also needs to be donated to Spastic Paralysis.

VI) Treasury Report The balance is currently $1,526.78 but $279 has to yet be deposited along with the $100 donated to us from Truman Elementary. Also reimbursement checks are to be given to those members who have completed $40 worth of rent-a-students.

A) Rent-a-Student Dr. Hildon’s yard work was completed last Saturday by Ashley McSorley, Brooke Buresh, and Katie . If anyone is able to do Diane Reed’s house Breanna Neubauer and Ashley McSorley can provide you with information. Right now the yard work is schedule to occur on Friday, April 24 possibly.

2.)   Donate the money to Spastic Paralysis

3.)   They have a DJ and want to do it in April in the Rogalski Center ballroom and maybe charge $5 a person

4.)   We will ask Student Activities and maybe Augie can help as well

A)   Rent-a-Student-no new ones yet

X.) Amy got an email from Melissa, Augustana’s President, about a Quad City flames game Sun. Mar. 7th at 7 pm (tickets are $10) if you want to go

A)    Rent-a-Student-no new ones, so Emily will email Liz a new flyer to send to faculty and staff

B)    North High School Dance-A-Thon

1.)    Maybe we can do this with other key clubs in the area

2.)    Maybe this can happen at SAU and we need to figure out when?

      C.) Girl Scout leadership event (if you are interested in going let us know!)-Thur. Feb. 19th at 5:30 pm and it will be in the Conference Rm 211 in the RC

      D.) There will be elections in Mar. if you want to be an officer next year!

      E.) SAU blood drive Feb. 24th 9:30 am-6:30 pm and there will be a battle of the dorms (dorm with most donors gets a pizza party)

      F.) Poiporri day at the Alan Shepherd Elementary school Thurs. Mar. 12th (anyone who can teach an art class and there will only be 40 minute sessions) if you are interesting email Sara Schreck (Lisa and Jackie might be interested)
